Where’s my payout?
If your expected payout hasn’t arrived, check your payout schedule and email for any hold notices or verification requests.
Want to add a bank account?
Head to your Acumen dashboard → Settings → Payouts to link your bank account securely and start receiving payments.
Charge you don’t recognize?
It might be from a company using Acumen for billing. Check your transaction history or reach out — we’re happy to clarify.

Refund any eligible transaction easily from your dashboard — either full or partial, depending on the case.
