Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Acumen. We aim to deliver the highest-quality services and support your business journey with precision, clarity, and integrity. If for any reason you need to cancel a service or request a refund, we encourage you to review the following policy carefully.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Services purchased through the Acumen Platform can be canceled within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for cancellation and refund, the user must not have availed or activated any premium features or downloadable resources during this period.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through the platform’s support form or customer service.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are issued only for unused services or subscriptions.
Services must be in their original status (no modifications or usage) to qualify.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. In the case of non-refundable methods, store credit or wallet balance will be issued.
Any processing fee or third-party transaction charge incurred by Acumen may be deducted from the total refundable amount.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the approval of the request.
Refunds for payments over a certain threshold (e.g., ₹50,000) may take longer and may be issued via cheque or bank transfer depending on the user’s preferred method.
Special Terms
If you have received complimentary access, offers, or discounts during a promotional event, refunds will be calculated accordingly.
Any bundled services or licenses offered as part of a subscription are non-returnable after use or activation.
Subscriptions canceled after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund but will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Custom Software or Features
Projects involving custom development or enterprise-level deployment are not eligible for full refunds once the project has been initiated.
Refund requests for such services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, factoring in time, resources, and tools already utilized.
Account Deactivation and Data
Once a cancellation request is confirmed, access to services and dashboards will be terminated.
Users are advised to back up any data before cancellation, as Acumen is not responsible for data loss post-deactivation.
